This hotel is just a staircase disaster. lugging my suitcase up to the sixth floor, no elevator, was almost comedic, if not for the sweat. The dusty wardrobe with someone else's shorts left me questioning standards. I expected a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences but seems special treatment is reserved for others, how quaint!

A balanced option for a trip in Hanoi with good value for money. The staff was very helpful in arranging a minivan for our onward travel, which made our plans much smoother. Make sure to prepare for some stairs if your room is on a higher floor.

Charming touches and cozy atmosphere
My 2-night stay included a delightful breakfast with fresh fruit and a choice of eggs or noodles, served in an inviting area with real velvet chairs. The room was very clean and comfortable, with daily thoughtful amenities like fresh towels and tea, making my time relaxing. The helpful staff arranged my transportation seamlessly, contributing positively to my overall experience. the stairs can be challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage.

The superior double room I stayed in was immaculate and spacious, providing a delightful atmosphere. The welcoming and accommodating staff truly stood out, assisting thoroughly before and after check-in. the absence of an elevator made navigating the steep stairs challenging, especially with luggage. while the location was central, some amenities could be better maintained, particularly the water pressure in the shower.

Had a blast with my friends! The location is ideal, surrounded by shops and eateries. The staff was super friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything we needed. We visited some amazing markets and just loved the local vibe. The breakfast was also delicious and there was always hot water, which made mornings easier.
One downside was the lack of an elevator. It wasn't too bad for us, but carrying our luggage up to the 3rd floor was a bit of a workout.

We checked in super early and the comfy beds were a dream after a long day. The hotel even offered a nice pool and a relaxing spa to unwind. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit steep, but we loved our stay overall! 😊

A lift would greatly improve accessibility for seniors.

Solo traveler looking for comfort
The staff here were super friendly, like, I arrived late at night and they expedited my check-in, made me feel welcome right away. Plus, the location felt alive, walking distance to so many eateries, I could hardly decide what to have for breakfast each morning.

missingWrote a review on 18 Aprsky windowold quarterunique view
The Superior double room with a sky window offers a unique view that's a breath of fresh air, bringing a bit of the outside in. The location immerses you in the hustle of the old quarter, with vibrant street life and plenty of local vendors just outside the door.
Climbing to the fifth floor without an elevator can be a workout, especially after a long day exploring. The shower pressure feels more like a gentle dribble than a refreshing blast, and there’s a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, with some tiles showing signs of significant wear. If you're considering breakfast, keep in mind that the hotel doesn't serve it on site. you'll need to order in or head elsewhere despite the abundance of nearby eateries.
